Wild Alaskan Weathervane Scallops
Alaska Weathervane Scallops are caught, processed and frozen within 4 short hours of coming on board the vessel. With sweet, tender yet firm, buttery meat that is creamy in color and turns opalescent white when cooked, Alaska Scallops lend themselves to a variety of elegant presentations, whether grilled, sautéed, or broiled. They are “dry packed” which means there are no additives or chemicals used in processing or packaging.3
