Side stripe shrimp are pinkish orange in color with white stripes running the length of the body. They have a delicate texture and naturally sweet flavor.
Good to Know: These shrimp are IQF and make a wonderful ceviche! They are more delicate and sweeter than a spot prawn. Side stripes are vegetarian so you cannot catch them with pots, they must be caught with a beam trawl.
